 A weekend of mindfulness, movement, and meditation with Maya Nova & Wendy Douglas

Have you been feeling stuck, fatigued, or quietly overwhelmed?
When was the last time you felt radiantly alive: healthy, whole, and fulfilled?

Sometimes, what we need most is not to push harder, but to pause.
To return to a more honest, loving relationship with ourselves and to meet where we are, with curiosity, compassion, and courage, and gently begin the journey back to our radiant, embodied self.

  • Digital detox

  • Meditation and mindfulness in nature

  • Move, breathe, and be — in rhythm with your body and nature

These are not tasks, but invitations: simple, soulful pathways into presence and ease.

8:00 – 9:00            Morning movement and meditation

9:00                      Breakfast, break

10:00                  Intention setting

10:30 -12:00           Mindfulness in nature/ forest

 12.30                   Lunch, rest

 2.00 - 3.30            Radiant being: creative and reflective practice

3:30 – 5:00.           Time for self ( read, write, talk, walk, rest, nap…)

5:00 - 6:15            Yoga with Wendy            

6:15 pm                 Dinner

7:30 – 8:30 pm       Evening practice, sharing circle

8:30 pm

onwards                 Spa and Sauna (optional)
